As a resident in a building managed by tse, you now have access to an industry leading web portal that allows you to interface with your property managers, download important documents, and receive important building-related communications.
WHAT CAN I DO ON THE WEB PORTAL ?

Use the web portal to report a move, to request an update to your intercom programming, to purchase a new key, to request approval for renovations in your condo, to ask a question or report a problem, to consult and download important documents, and much more. All of your needs as a co-owner can be addressed via the web portal.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE WEB PORTAL ?

Navigate to tse.upperbee.com. You can access the portal via our website at https://tsems.com/ by clicking on the blue 'login' button.

WHERE CAN I GET MY REGISTRATION KEY (CONDOPASS)?
​
If you are a co-owner in a building managed by TSE, you should have received your registration key (CondoPass) by email. If you have not received it, please contact TSE at (905) 764-9166 x 34. If you are a tenant, please contact your landlord for any questions or problems in the condo you are renting.

WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME?

TSE’s dedicated customer service team will respond to your requests on a priority basis, within 24-48 business hours of receiving your request.
HOW DO I REPORT AN EMERGENCY ?

Some situations may require emergency intervention, such as water leaks, equipment failures, or impeded access into the building. Contact our 24/7 emergency line at (905) 764-9166 option 70. Know that charges may apply for this service, so please use it only in the event of a real emergency.
